My old car failed suddenly. I saw a car I liked at Ben Nevis Motors and contacted them. Alex got back to me straight away even though he was busy elsewhere and the car I was interested in was not one of the most expensive in the showroom. I attended and Alex spent a great deal of time discussing the car and associated matters with me and arranged a test drive. I decided to buy and he organised everything then and there including all the paperwork and fitting some aftermarket accessories. When I collected the car it was newly serviced and beautifully valeted and hard to tell it was not a brand new vehicle. After a few days I had a message displayed on the dashboard. I contacted Alex and explained the position and I then had a very helpful exchange with Rory the After Sales Manager. As a result he arranged for my car to be checked in the workshop and all was confirmed to be in order which was very reassuring. And I found all the staff I encountered very friendly too so many thanks to Alex and Rory and Ben Nevis Motors.

I recently part exchanged my car. The process was smooth and hassle free. Alex gave me a fair price was upfront friendly and made sure I was happy with my new car. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

We can't thank Alex enough for his help in purchasing our new cars. He made the process of trading in our old cars and choosing new cars so easy. We had looked online for months but couldn't decide what to do but within a week of popping in for a look we both had our new car keys in our hands.
